Dr. Khoury is a senior healthcare executive with over twenty-seven years of leadership experience
in clinical research and life sciences, spanning the pharmaceutical, medical device/diagnostics,
and biotechnology sectors. He is known for his visionary and innovative approach, delivering realworld
evidence (RWE), patient-centric solutions, and leveraging technology to address the needs
of both public and private healthcare stakeholders.
Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Medable Inc., a leading SaaS provider of AI
and digital solutions, Hady plays a pivotal role in accelerating drug development and improving
patient access. Throughout his career, Hady has held a range of executive leadership and public
consulting roles across more than 90 countries, with a key focus on digital health transformation. His
leadership has driven the simplification of clinical development in diverse therapeutic areas,
including rare diseases.
Hady has also been instrumental in advising governments on healthcare policy and reforms as well
as the optimization of healthcare systems and operations. Notably, he contributed to the review
process of Obamacare and played an active role in managing the global response to the COVID-
19 pandemic across multiple regions.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Hady advises top-tier management consulting firms,
international NGOs, private equity funds, other investment organizations, and healthcare entities.

digital health transformation, and patient engagement in both clinical and commercial contexts.
