Throughout her career, Ahlam has been recognized for leading complex, high-impact healthcare initiatives at both institutional and national levels. In 2020, she played a pivotal role in the UAE National Vaccine Project, where she led clinical trial operations and helped build a unified platform connecting international and local healthcare providers, regulators, research organizations, and global entities—including the World Health Organization. Her leadership contributed to advancing one of the UAE’s most significant public health efforts.
Ahlam has also supported the establishment and enhancement of clinical and educational departments across major healthcare institutions in Abu Dhabi, including Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City in collaboration with Mayo Clinic.
