Most recently, as Chief Digital and AI Officer at Dubai Health, I have led the seamless split and consolidation of more than 250 IT systems in total within a tight timeframe, while developing and executing a new Digital Strategic Plan comprising 125 projects across six strategic programs. Previously, as CEO of Abu Dhabi Health Data Services, I spearheaded the award-winning delivery of Malaffi—the foundational digital backbone for Abu Dhabi's population health system, a major digital transformation, forecasted to contribute circa $3.8B in economic value over the next 20 years and one of the fastest deployments of its kind globally. This is underscored by a strong commercial foundation, negotiating and closing two major PPP deals exceeding $1B over 10 years, demonstrating my ability to deliver significant financial outcomes.
